2. What is collected
Contact details, transaction details, the description of the matter, the categories selected, uploaded documents, and technical data generated by hosting and security systems.
3. Why it is collected
To respond, assess, decide whether the matter can be accepted, provide services, and comply with legal, regulatory and professional obligations including client identification.
4. Who can see it
Access is limited to the people working on the matter and named categories of service provider. Information is not sold. Nothing is shared with a developer, broker or other party without instruction, except where required by law.
5. Where it is stored
Hosting and storage locations will be confirmed before launch and stated here. Any transfer outside the UAE will be identified.
6. How long it is kept
Enquiries that do not become matters and accepted matters are retained for different periods, plus any professional retention requirement. Exact periods will be confirmed with counsel.
7. Security
Submissions are received over HTTPS. File type and size are checked in the browser before anything is sent, and again by the form provider that receives it. No absolute guarantee of security is given.
8. Your choices
Access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent and opt-out requests may be sent to info@offplanresolve.com, subject to the applicable data protection framework and any professional retention obligation.
9. Sensitive documents
Send only what is needed to assess the matter. Do not upload unnecessary identity documents unless requested.
10. Changes
This policy will carry a version and last-updated date once counsel has settled the text.
