Why we exist

Off Plan Resolve was created around a simple idea: property purchasers should have access to sophisticated, commercially minded advice focused specifically on protecting their investment. We focus on the issues that arise after an off-plan purchase has already been made.

Position
What we are, and what we are not
We act for purchasers and investors. Not for developers, and not for both sides of a transaction.
We are independent. Off Plan Resolve is not affiliated with the Dubai Land Department, the Real Estate Regulatory Agency, Dubai Courts, any UAE government entity or any property developer.
We do not promise outcomes. Whether a claim, remedy or course of action is available depends on the facts, the contract and applicable law.
We work within our licence. Where representation before a court, tribunal or other authority requires an appropriately licensed UAE advocate, that representation is undertaken or coordinated accordingly.
